Getting older doesn’t have to be scary. It’s just time passing, and it’s proof of living through experiences. The more you experience, the truer your self becomes. Each one shapes us towards the person we’re meant to be, but that was not meant to be figured out by any specific age. You have your whole life to figure out who you are and I think that’s part of the magic of it… something about having all that time to just experience things and figure it out is comforting in a weird way

I remember feeling like a real adult when I turned 25. Couldn’t blame my mistakes on my youth anymore. I’d been on this planet for a quarter century. Then I turned 26 and I realized I was not good at being an adult 😭😂
