i did this but instead of three min tempo it was 2 and that was more manageable but still hard af 😭 the warm up cooldown is definitely necessary

I’ve done that before did 7times 3 mintues hard and it was a good session but absolutely died at the end of it but happy I did it but struggled on the last few 😭

this workout is overrated the best way to build speed is hill sprints or 6 to 10 X1k at 10 k pace effort. this is what I do to run a 1.29 half marathon at 15 years old
