I have invested in a number of capital ventures. * People who invest in land for value holding find it safely a reliable investment. * But if you buy land at least an acre and split it into multiple subdivisions for resale, you always double/multiply your input and in a very short time. * Surprisingly, a lot of graduates don't know this because schools don't equip them with this practical reality.

Iam old skool invest in land, with land you can do alot of things like farming, building, renting out etc. Invest in things you understand and feel confident in.

boss, i think investing in unit trust in a foreign currency lyk dollars is reliable than a shilling coz our shilling is not strong! during currency devaluation in early 80z could those things hold? than land?
