Those model tips about shower order actually make so much sense 😤 and I wish I knew about them sooner honestly every single day. I beg you to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green because it taught me about whole body wellbeing beyond just shower techniques now truly. Dermatologists actually recommend the exact opposite! 😭 Pores don’t open and close like windows. Steam just softens sebum, making it easier to wash away at the END of the shower. Plus, washing your face last ensures you rinse off any pore-clogging shampoo/conditioner residue left on your skin!
