@thegfsloth: We all talk about what a coeliac diagnosis means - and the main thing is taking away all of the foods we’re used to, taking away the convenience of having a takeaway or grabbing something on the go, and anxiety at social situations involving food. But to put a positive spin on it, I’ve actually never been happier to be a coeliac! My symptoms were so debilitating that I couldn’t get out of bed and I never dreamed of exercising because cardio and anemia are not the best of pals really! I go swimming and now started running - even though I hate running the most , my reason for doing it is that some time ago, I wasn’t able to. What’s one positive you take away from being diagnosed with coeliac disease? (Other than not being glued to the toilet 🤣) #runtok #coeliac #coeliaclife #coeliacdisease #glutenfreeuk
