I was coaching myself earlier today because I got so discouraged out of the blue. Haven’t lost weight, no visible sp movement, money hasn’t come in, etc. ALL SEEMINGLY, I understand. So I was saying “okay, if I said all of that to Kayla what would she say? It’s just a story. It’s just an assumption. So if I affirm/state the opposite then it should reflect if the 3D is truly a mirror.” So I’m back on the horse and doing my best to catch my autopilot thoughts like “it’s not here. If I were doing this right I’d have it all by now.” etc. Because if I KNEW it was all about to pop off (especially my sp) I wouldn’t worry if I’m doing it right or what if it never changes because I’d KNOW it’s going to reflect.
