@donaldhoffmanpodcast: The guilty always tell on themselves through the mercy they crave. 🥛 Innocence demands absolute justice because it has nothing to fear. Guilt asks for a policy change to protect its own skin. Test this on your team, your partner, or your kids—the psychology never misses. 🧠🔍 #podcast #podcastclips #chasehughes #psychology #fyp

this really wouldnt work on me because I will get so anxious that I would admit to it even if it wasn't me. or sometimes I'll say I didn't do it, but when asked over and over I'll be like, you know what, if you honestly believe it then it probably is.

or maybe have it where your kids feel safe enough to recognize their own mistake and not be afraid to tell you or you not overact to an accident

Reasoning skills shouldn’t equate to guilt but I get it. I don’t believe cheating is so bad but I’ve never cheated and have been cheated on several times and if you ask me what should happen to a cheater as opposed to most people my answer would be forgiveness while others responses would be much harsher so does that make me guilty of cheating?

Used to punish myself I would tell my own mother that I did it and then I needed to be grounded for a week because she had no idea. I guess it’s kind of sad.
