@daniel.pitasi: try this: high protein baked oats🍌 (recipe below) ingredients: 2 bananas 1 medium egg 100g instant Protein Oats (mine is from @XXL Nutrition code ‘daniel’ for the highest discount) 100ml skimmed milk *mix all the ingredients together until a smooth consistency. Pour it into your baking tray and put it into your airfryer/oven on 180°C for 25 minutes. Slice it in 6 pieces and there you go. Enjoy!😋 AD
