I’ve been vaping since aug/sep in 2022. I’ve tried to quit multiple times and the longest I went without vaping was last fall / winter for like 2 weeks. You inspired me to quit so i just put my vapes in a bowl of water & threw them out!

I just ran out one day & told myself I’d go buy a new one in an hour. Kept myself busy in the meantime & when the hour came, I told myself I’d go in another hour, repeat. The hours became days, then weeks, then months. Coming up on a year without it. My anxiety has decreased significantly since I kicked it.
