if you have an issue with the deposit we went through tenancy angels. our landlord didnt put our money in a deposit and took it for themselves so we ended up with a pay put more than double our deposit.

I had a similar situation, the house wasn’t in good condition when I rented, honestly go through dps and dispute it- I got all my deposit back.
