@humanebroward: She’s one of our shelter’s longest residents 😔🙏 Fiona was hoping to get her freedom ride this past weekend, but sadly no forever family came in to adopt her 💔 Fiona is a beautiful 2-year-old black-and-white American Staffordshire Terrier mix who came to us from another shelter in search of the loving home she deserves 🙏 Since arriving, Fiona has spent a great deal of time with our staff and volunteers, including a special day out from the shelter, and they say Fiona is a social butterfly when it comes to people ❤️ She loves meeting new friends, enjoys being petted, and is always happy to soak up attention from anyone willing to give it. Her friendly personality and enthusiasm for life make her a joy to be around ❤️ They also say she is a silly, sweet, tennis-ball-chasing, kiddie-pool-loving girl who gives her whole heart to every person she meets. She love adventures, snacks, shopping trips, and riding shotgun like the best little co-pilot ☺️ Like many young dogs, Fiona is still working on her manners and would benefit from continued training and consistency in her new home.
