Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over the crust. Bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cheesecake before serving.
