any other tinnitus pals here? 😅 today was one of those days where my tinnitus was constant. And these days can be quite mentally exhausting. Constantly trying to find ways to escape the ringing - you try everything but it just doesn’t seem to go away. however… to give you some hope… because I’ve had it for so long, I don’t allow myself to become paranoid, or go “over the edge” anymore. I’ve just accepted that this is the way it is. and it’s made it easier - I promise. I distract myself as much as I can - I often have background noise and whenever it gets overwhelming… I sort of just say “nope, you’re not going to ruin my day.” and recently I’ve felt like I have more control over it. if anyone does have any tips - I am open to trying more! xoxo #raisingawareness #hearingloss #tinnitus
