Well technically they are dragons bc dragons have been depicted as to have four legs but their front arms in some dragon designs have their wings coming out of ther arms making them seem like they don’t have arms

Nerd categorization that doesn’t apply to “real world” mythology, nor does it apply to fictional mythology as well. In Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, dragons can have two legs and use their wings as forelimbs like bats; we can’t be applying our own western and/or D&D-centered categories on other people’s fiction, use it in your own world building
