Unfortunately in my opinion, people start seeing women as invisible the older we get…people do not respect our age, they do not know our journey, our worth, the life we have made it through, good, bad and everything inbetween….I never thought this to be true, as other women would tell me, as they had gotten older…But, I definitely am seeing it more and more…once a person gets to know you, your heart, mind and soul, then in my opinion, we are all on equal ground again….age doesn’t matter…….💜💜💜💜

If you identify yourself as a 61 year-old woman, in my view as a 56-year-old woman, you are essentially implying that your age gives you credibility on the area which you speak. And of course, in my view it does! But it’s undeniable that “at this age” we are… “older”. Don’t pay it any attention, I don’t think it was meant maliciously. You’re beautiful, of course! 🥰

is this in the context of age discrimination and the workplace? Or the dating scene? as far as community and social circle and family are concerned I think middle-aged ladies are more valued! I mean they have all the power to make decisions and influence others, give advice, etc.
