I alwayssss habit stack my breakfast with getting other things done - chores, pack my lunch, feed the cats, take my supplements, fill my water, etc. All things I would've been doing otherwise. And who doesn't absolutely love dippy eggs + fresh baked bread? I knew I needed a little bit more protein to keep me full in the clinic so tried these fully cooked chicken sausage links today. While they weren't my personal favorite, they were a super quick and easy option to have on hand. The only thing missing from this meal was fiber.
