Football belongs to all Ghanaians, not to a selected few Everything should not be based on protocol favoritism or money. Talented players should be selected because of their ability not because of who they know or how much money they have. Ghana is blessed with many natural resources such as gold, diamonds and oil, yet we should also build our nation through sports. If football continues to be controlled by politics and protocol it will be difficult for Ghana football to move forward. I also believe the head coach should not be blamed for every problem. According to the statement he shared on Facebook some player selections were made without his approval. If that is true then the coach cannot be held responsible for everything. The real problem is the system and the leadership That is why I support the coach's decision to resign. Instead of blaming only the coach, those responsible for running Ghana football should also be held accountable.
