as a Starbucks barista the app automatically will tell people there order is ready or in process after about 3-5 minutes on its own! , also the store chair is amazing if u haven’t tried it!

Sometimes the person working food is ahead of the person making drinks or vice versa so while your order might be in progress it might just not be done yet. But they can always push your order forward in the queue 😊

It’s not accurate, we have to manually check off the buttons on the dpm, which is practically impossible when we’re working on like 3 drinks at a time

It will say “order in progress” when your drink ticket gets pulled and it will say “ready” if the barista marks it as ready or an about 10min window passes because it should be done by then anyways to my knowledge

Typically if you order food and a drink your food is always most likely to be made first, but the app is NEVER accurate i wish corporate would make it better
