BBQ shredded chicken sub rolls 🥖 These were SO good, we served them with some homemade potatoes 😍 Recipe: 3 hot dog rolls 250g chicken breast 40g bbq sauce 30g tomato paste 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 40g grated cheese 400g potatoes salt pepper paprika including the homemade chips: 641 calories / 46g protein / 85g carbs / 13g fat method: • Dice the potatoes into chips, season with salt, pepper & paprika and air fry for 23-25 minutes until golden • season the chicken with salt, pepper & paprika and air fry for 17-18 minutes until cooked through - when cooked shred • dice the peppers & onion and add to a pan on medium heat and let cook • pre-heat the oven • when the chicken is cooked & shredded, add to the pan with the peppers & onion • add in the tomato paste with a splash of water and mix • add in the BBQ sauce and mix together • Add the BBQ chicken to the buns and top with the cheese • oven cook until the cheese melts • serve with the chips #chickensliders #bbqchicken #highprotein #recipes #DinnerIdeas #shreddedchicken #lunchideas #chickenrecipes #mealsforweightloss #cookdinnerwithme
