@meghan.kimberley: I’ve had a lot of women 50+ in my DMs lately and they e all said something along the lines of “I don’t know if I have what it takes to make this work” and every time I say “I can teach you the tech but I can’t teach you the desire” and they stop stunned , and say - well the desire is there I want to retire.
