(or ½ tsp. baking soda) ● Salt — a pinch (optional) ● Vegetable Oil — for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Slice the cooked sausage into rings about 8–10 mm thick. 2.In a bowl, combine the sour cream (or yogurt), egg, baking powder (or baking soda), and flour. 3.Mix until you get a thick, smooth batter. 4.If the batter is too thin, add a little more flour.
