This made me cry. I am so sorry. this made me feel so seen. lately dealing with young adults who keep using my age against me.. but dude. im still coping with im neurodivergent and i have cptsd. I just used to mask "neurotypical" person because thats literally what I was told I needed to be. but just knowing im not. just makes it difficult to sit with it at times because its not like I dont know..it just brings more shame and guilt.. so thank you for sharing this! 😭💯
