From Okinawa take the ferry to Zamami island and then bus to Furuzamami Beach. The most crystal clear water you’ve ever seen and white sand beaches. Gorgeous. You can also snorkel with turtles from the island. Incredible experience. Have fun.

Lived in Okinawa and absolutely loved every minute of it. You can snorkel or scuba with whale sharks. It was amazing. There is also Peace Memorial Park, Pizza in the Sky, explore Shuri Castle, Walk along Kokusai Street listen to the music and shop the local markets.. Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is Japan’s best Aquarium and it’s huge… don’t leave without trying Okinawa Soba, Taco Rice! My fav! Beni Imo ice cream or other desserts. (It’s purple sweet potato). I don’t eat fish either.. Mainland Japan definitely see Mount Fuji.. even if you don’t climb it check it out.. worth the visit

Why don't you just use a tattoo-covering foundation? There are waterproof ones too. With this heat, those socks will be torture. Have a good honeymoon!

Get all the special KitKats, some fresh mochi, Ramune soda (Pocari sweat if you get dehydrated, it's an electrolyte drink), Onigiri at 7-11. Have the best time! I wish I could go but traveling in Japan with celiac is extremely difficult because there's gluten in just about everything 😞
