was seeing this woman for a few months, she traveled a lot, so our meetups were pretty sporadic. in person she was affectionate and we had great conversation, our shortest was 2 hours, our longest 4 1/2 hours. but she told me that she never really looks at her phone, and so it could be days before she responds to a text. but everytime I'd see her in public, she was on her phone, texting. eventually I said "this dynamic reads a lot like intermittent reinforcement, aka breadcrumbing. you're gone for weeks with no contact then wanna hang out and talk whenever it's convenient for you". she was adamant that wasn't what was going on, and apologized if it came off that way, but there wasn't any change in behavior, so at our last conversation i was pretty blunt that while I liked her alot, the inconsistency really made me feel like I was being used for cheap validation. i think she's got me blocked but I haven't sent anymore texts or calls so IDK. still haven't seen her for 2 months

GIRL your on point with every single one and it’s draining. This is not how a partner should speak to you. This creates a dynamic where they devalue how you feel and make you believe you are the only person contributing to a problem, and that love is used to deflect

I had never felt so humiliated and worthless in my life. In that moment of being in a narc relationship, I start realized that my husband’s behavior was not normal. I knew I needed to leave the relationship, but I was afraid of what might happen if I tried. Over time, I started paying closer attention and trusting my instincts. Eventually, I discovered the truth — my husband had been hiding a relationship from me for a long time. With the help of @Cyberclone on Tiktok I was able to gain clarity of him cheating on me . That realization gave me the strength and clarity I needed to walk away. It wasn’t easy, but choosing myself was the best decision I could have made. If you’re in a similar situation, trust your feelings and don’t ignore the signs. You deserve honesty, respect, and peace of mind
