We went to Amen clinics in Irving Texas had my son brain scanned We left there feeling as though we got more of a anatomy course rather than really getting to the root of what the scan showed. We didn’t really get a good grip on what needed to happen other than some medications and all of the supplements that they sell, we went this route after we exhausted some other resources. This is a very expensive scan and would really wish that we would have someone like Dr .Amen. give us a good understanding of what the scan showed in Laymans terms and the best course of action.

So does Bipolar 2 result in TBI? What do you consider TBI? My daughter is BPD2 but had a concussion when she was 13 and started her BPD2 started around 14-15. She lost dad at age 8

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I found this really interesting. What would be the treatment if that is the case? Here in Los Angeles I have taken over so many clients with an existing diagnosis of BP 1/2 but also have some sort of traumatic brain injury in the past.
