I often wonder whether peace is even attainable. To me, it's a utopian concept, and the problem with it is that even a "perfect society" can have aspects of imperfection—so then a perfect society can never truly exist, which means neither can peace. The closest thing we can have that resembles peace is understanding.

I can meet it fully and from that place, I choose my response.” It’s not a response from anger, anxiety, sadness or other emotions.
