Doesn’t papertowel leave particles of the stuff? Bc my dad and I were trying to clean ours but it started to leave particles everywhere and didn’t know if we were doing it correct.

So the way I do it is I scrape then using blackstone squirt bottle I hit it with some water to deglaze. Then I use the high heat blackstone gloves to wipe down the wet surface with paper towel and give a little scrub repeat as necessary. Then I do thin coat of oil and shut it off. I found using the high heat gloves made it easier and faster to clean then pushing the paper towel around with the scraper.
