Here in the Philippines, many doctors don't see nurses as equal members of the healthcare team. Instead, they treat them like assistants and often view themselves as superior to nurses.

As a former ER Rn at a trauma center...these were the residents we loved and babied for their life with us. the ones who helped clean, turn and bandage pts. some of my fondest memories are watching them grow and evolve into empathetic attendings
