Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Season the steak slices with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer. 6.
