@_queendammy: My experience teaching financial literacy to primary school children was one of the most rewarding experiences of my journey so far. At first, I wondered whether concepts like saving, budgeting, and making smart financial decisions would resonate with children at such a young age. But as the session unfolded, I realized that children are naturally curious, eager to learn, and capable of understanding much more than we often give them credit for. What stood out to me the most was their enthusiasm. They asked thoughtful questions, shared their dreams with confidence, and reminded me that every child carries incredible potential when given the right guidance and encouragement. Beyond teaching financial literacy, I saw it as an opportunity to plant seeds of possibility. I wanted them to understand that success begins with the choices we make, the habits we build, and the belief that our dreams are worth pursuing. It was also a reminder that education extends beyond the classroom it is about equipping young people with life skills that will empower them to make informed decisions as they grow. That experience strengthened my belief that investing in children is one of the most meaningful ways to reduce inequalities. When we give young minds access to knowledge early, we empower them to build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
