I have an IUD and don’t have regular periods. I bought a box of cheap strip pregnancy tests to take every couple weeks just to catch if I end up ever getting pregnant so I can call my doctor immediately

also a fellow iud owner. pregnancy is rare but im seeing more of it on my fyp of other iud owners… can you share which iud you have? i’m currently strapped with the mirena (🤞🏼please don’t say this one). i also have a box of super cheap amazon hcg tests just because im paranoid but now its not paranoia…

I’m so glad you were able to get help! I live in Texas and when I had an 2” ovarian cyst rupture and cause internal bleeding in 12-24 hrs, I had no idea what was going on and I thought I was going to die. They started getting a transfusion prepared in case. I hope you’re able to talk about it more with someone bc I didn’t realize how scared I was until a while after! I can’t imagine if it was an ectopic pregnancy! That’s so scary I’m glad you’re ok
