Yess, nowadays i feel a certain way and I try to pinpoint what exactly is triggering the feeling, I try to focus on finding the root cause of why I’m feeling that way and when I do find it, it’s easier to feel to it, I let myself feel it and then think about how to change my perception on that particular thing, so I don’t feel that way about it anymore and it’s so hard but it’s worth it for me so far, emotional regulation is beautiful because it doesn’t take away what needs to be felt, it helps you define it and understand it, oh I didn’t mean to write this long 😭
