It's quite the mess. They don't want to allow a body for GET because that would require changes to hardware/firmware/software. So instead they add QUERY which require changes to hardware/firmware/software. Brilliant 😂

we only need a GET and POST. Why add complexity. why even have GET and POST. Perhaps we dont need any Method(s) at all

nothing is stopping people from putting bodies in a get request, it was just standardized not to do that.. adding a whole new method for that is useless
