I don't understand why scientists haven't created a biological "super glue" or "thread lock" to secure the studs into the jaw bone. this will allow not only the students to stay secure but also allow the bone to eventually grow around the studs for maximum strength. My God. We can split an atom but can't create a bone glue. 🤷😖
