Hey everyone! Our next PDX Estate Marketplace sale is happening July 11th and 12th from 8 to 4 at 11125 SW Greenburg Road in Tigard, and this one is going to be incredible. We’re continuing to liquidate our Schoolhouse inventory, but we’ve also brought in 15 amazing new estates, so this is truly a curated estate sale experience with something for everyone. I know the number one question is always, “How much is that Schoolhouse piece?” We hear you! Pricing happens during the final week once everything is staged and set. That’s just how our system works. I’ll do my best to share a few pricing sneak peeks, but I won’t be able to answer every pricing question individually. Besides…half the fun is the anticipation and treasure hunt! If you’ve never shopped one of our Marketplace sales before, be sure to check out our Know Before You Go post. It explains everything you need to know before arriving. A quick reminder: we don’t offer pre-sales or holds before the sale. Everything is first come, first served because we want to keep it fair for everyone who wakes up early and waits in line. - @pdx.estate.marketplace
