Why do your users not ask “why I’m I getting locked out?”, I work in IT support and my users literally ask all the time “I’m I getting locked out”.. I feel like shouting at them “ITS LITERALLY BECAUSE YOU TYPED IN THE WRONG PASSWORD” 😂
