I notice you were a whoop. first 2 weeks of using Tesa. my recoveries are more yellow and red. hrv lower and hr is higher. Is this common. does it settle.i run alot and my HR is harder to control on tesa

I honestly feel like if they can’t figure this out already it means they haven’t done their research and shouldn’t use peptides until they have. Everybody reconstitutes it differently so if they ask 10 different people they will get about 8 different awnsers 💯

Most “it didn’t work” stories are just bad sourcing or poor mixing. Quality matters. I run a solid grey and I’m not big on gatekeeping.
