Bro like I think I know I have it and people commenting on it makes me so mad and usually I can handle stuff but when people point out my acne that’s my weak spot I cry bro especially when it’s one of my friends saying ew….

Girll it looks like hormonal acne. Skincare doesn’t really help much because the root cause is internal. U should treat it from the inside, zinc vit d etc, and what u eat. Id recommend u to get a medical check-up and have your liver health checked as well.
