my biggest tip is have a reason for EVERYTHING, it makes it feel like the decorations are there because u need them not just because you want them. So for the flowers/pillows, they are there to bring color and make things more cozy, the candles will help cover bad smells, etc. For you kitchen counter, it can be annoying have a lot of stuff on the countertop it self so, honestly, keep it very minimal (the spoon holder, maybe the white tray to hold soap and a sponge to keep the countertop dry, a cute cutting board and cookbook with the plant/vace in the corner)! You’re doing great tho!! everything looks awesome and its going to come together perfectly

You seem to be leaning toward rich warm colours and pattern—not necessarily fall but cozy! I’ve never used peel and stick tile before but a pinky terracotta colour over the black would warm up the space, brining in some of the colours you use into the kitchen🥰 proud of you

Don’t worry about things being “fall” like. If that’s the style you like, that’s your style. Don’t worry about the seasons or think of the decor as seasonal. Decorating around the season is so unrealistic and the most the average person will do for a season is change out throw pillows unless for like Christmas but that’s a whole thing lol. You just need some good staple pieces which you got, and you’ll be set!

For me my “minimalism” is on surfaces. On my walls it’s fair game to go a bit crazy. I can change the art and decor and thrift. But intention is key. Don’t put something somewhere just to have it. Or you’ll fall back on those tendencies to get rid of things

Don’t consider them fall colors. All colors work for all seasons. Just think of your style and all those warm/muted colors and darker neutrals are perfect for all year round

Put the clear glass cups in cabinet, brown ones out. Cake stand (if it fits) on top shelf a smaller draping plant. Also put the berry bowls on those shelves and the cute plate bowls also. Pillow r gorgeous. Put the books under the tv with a candle on them. Return white flat dish

I really think a gallery wall would be so pretty in the living room 🥰 Maybe just do a few frames that you really like! Also under the tv the vase with the flowers would be so nice and the tray with the candle. Maybe add the books on there as well 💜
