the way our cat warmed up was associate ourselves with treats. we put 1 piece temptations near her when she was hiding in the rug, we waited then saw a paw come out of the rug and slide the temptations into the rug and heard the chewing 😆

I brought in our kitty from outside, he stayed under our bed for a couple of months, we made sure he had plenty of eat, time to rest and tried not to stress him out. eventually he came right on out and was his normal self! it just takes patience!
