@passme.thesalt: Beef Bulgogi🥩🧅🇰🇷 Ingredients: •1.5 pounds sirloin, ribeye, or thinly shaved beef •1/2 cup soy sauce •1/2 Fuji apple or Asian pear •1/4 of a large white onion for the marinade, and 1/4 or 1/2 thinly sliced to put in with the beef •2 tbsp sesame oil •2 tbsp brown sugar •1 tbsp rice vinegar •5 garlic cloves •2 tsp ginger paste •1/4 tsp pepper •green onion and sesame seed for topping •neutral oil for searing @Kikkoman USA @Ninja Kitchen @McCormick Spices Thinly (as thin as you can) slice your beef and place into a bowl. Blend together all the ingredients for the marinade and pour that over your beef. Thinly slice some more onion and put that in there as well. Mix with your hand, cover, and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. When you’re ready to cook it, heat up a large pan over medium high heat with some neutral oil. Make sure it’s hot before pouring in the beef. After you pour in the beef, spread it out into an even layer and let it sit undisturbed until a lot of the juices are gone. Then stir and let it sit for a little longer. You’re wanting to get some nice color on it. #koreanfood #bulgogi #koreanbbq #EasyRecipe #asianrecipes
