In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, bread flour, and baking powder until a dough forms. 3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth. 4. Divide dough into small pieces and roll into bite-sized balls. 5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash. 6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. 7. While still warm, lightly spray the bagel bites with oil spray. 8. Toss or coat in cinnamon sugar mixture until fully covered.
