@tinaliftsheavy: BE REALISTIC and don’t be too hard on urself… also gaining weight while building glutes is inevitable but that’s OKAY #gymgirl #fyp #glutes #glutegrowth #wellness
the finishing touch is the stair master AFTER your lift 😅👏🏻

Since I started the gym, I’ve gained 10lbs, but look 30 times more fit, it was so hard to realize the number on the scale does not matter

My biggest tip: let the process, process. It takes on average 2 weeks to notice body changes and that’s if you’re consistent. Take progress pictures every 2 weeks. If you genuinely don’t see changes, it’s likely your diet which may need to be adjusted. And that’s the easy part once you experiment with what works for you.

eating is the hardest part honestly, I was consistent for about almost three months and I was trying to eat more and in doing so I’d throw up a lot from feeling nauseous from stuff like protein shakes, smoothies etc

Really wish it was a standard for people to state how long it took them to grow their glutes. These “double your glutes with my 6 week program” is what’s fucking people’s mindset up. THIS SHIT TAKES TIME!

you can also just ear in a very slught caloric deficit, this will allow you to build muscle while losing fat. I went from 180lbs to 175 (25+ to 15 bf) and build a decent amount of muscle

I wasn’t eating enough carbs and was so focused on protein. Now that I’ve added more carbs I’ve been seeing more progress! :)

So many people always say oh I’m trying to lose weight not gain weight because that’s what my goal has been. But people forget that gaining good weight is hard. You can gain weight the dirty weigh real fast. But building muscle which weighs more than fat Body recomp is real.
