I don’t know if saying this will help, but grief is not a short process. You truly can grieve your whole life, it can slip in little moments. You’re doing all you can, and it’s okay to have really difficult days. You’re an incredible mom, i promise dealing with grief will become easier, eventually. It’s all the love you have for them, coming out. 💗
