@bstin.fit: 🔥1/2 Kneeling High Cable Single-Arm Rows🔥 ✅ The high cable angle lets you drive your elbow down and back, making it easier to fully shorten the lats. ✅ You’ll also feel a great contraction through the mid and upper back, especially around the shoulder blade, as the scapula retracts naturally. ✅ I brace my free hand on my front knee instead of letting it hang. This creates more stability, so I’m not fighting to stay balanced while the cable pulls me. That means I can put more effort into squeezing the target muscles instead of wasting energy resisting the weight. A few coaching cues: • Reach at the top to get a full stretch. • Drive your elbow toward your hip—not straight behind you. • Think “pull with your elbow,” not your hand. • Control the eccentric and let the shoulder blade protract before the next rep. Less momentum. Better stability. Stronger contractions. Save this one for your next back day. 💪 #backworkout#backday#lats#bodybuilding
