@taylorleoniefit: We hear a lot about peppers for weight loss, muscle, and skin, but there’s a much bigger conversation to be had. If you’ve personally researched peppers while navigating EDS, MCAS, nerve pain, autoimmune conditions, or similar challenges, I’d love to hear your experience. What stood out to you, and why? Let’s learn from each other’s stories while respecting that everyone’s experience is unique. this is for research purposes only ♥️ ##EDS##MCAS##autoimmunedisease##chronicillness##peppers

Started Tir 2 years ago to manage my Lupus/EBV and it has been life changing. I’m looking into/learning more about KPV that seems really promising. You have to do A LOT of research before adding something bc diff peps can cause an autoimmune response.

I have been suffering from autoimmune issues for a decade. If you have one you most likely have multiple autoimmune disorders. I just received my peptide and I hope it helps.

I am taking ARA-290 for nerve pain and have been on it about 1 week but I can already tell a difference. Wish I would have found it a lot sooner. My nerves in my legs feel soooo much better. I take Klow also to help with inflammation.

My sister has Scleroderma, MCAS and Raynauds. I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis and PMOS. I have her on KPV, TB, BPC, TA1, ARA, MOTS and other ones. I’m on BPC, TB, ARA, KPV, Kisspeptin. KPV is amazing for inflammation, ARA saved me from a spinal fusion (I already had a disc replacement before I started peppers). MOTS is great for energy. Kisspeptin is great for PCOS/ PMOS. I’m an open book if you have questions.

MCAs here! Ss31 first then KPV. From there you can stack BPZ/ Reta etc but you have to address the mitochondrial dysfunction first for anything to work properly

I have POTS/ME/CFS/chronic pain and inflammation/suspected MCAS and I’m on the hyper mobility spectrum but don’t have a formal diagnosis of a sub type. I started KLOW June 1st and my inflammation and pain is practically none existent. I used to take Tylenol & Motrin daily, always had wrist braces on, or knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder braces from pain. I used lidocaine patches or roll ons and other pain relief patches and roll ons daily, and I haven’t taken Tylenol or Motrin in over a month. I’ve only used my lidocaine roll ons on my wrists a few times. I wanted to start NAD but it made me very tired so I’m running SS-31 right now too to hopefully make things like NAD & MOTS C work better. I just started Adamax and love it. I plan on cycling off KLOW and just continuing with KPV & GHK CU, soon. My skin also looks SO much better. The inflammation and pain results have been insane though. KPV is a winner.

I’m a type 1 diabetic using Reta - it does obviously control my weight, but it helps me manage my blood sugar with as little insulin as possible. Reducing my insulin levels has healed my PCOS symptoms. I also use glutathione and SS-31 to repair internal damage caused by diabetes and insulin through the years.

Hashimoto’s and pcos. Take Reta and KPV on the regular. Cycle TA-1, LL-37, VIP, Thymalin and KLOW. Amongst lifestyle changes and supplement additions, I’ve take my TPO antibodies from 1,297 Feb 2025 to 86.6 Mar 2026. I’m about to start GC-1 Sobetirome for my thyroid and see if it helps my cholesterol numbers
