My 27 yr old lives at home, just started antidepressants, is beyond depressed.. trying to tell myself I’m not responsible for trying to make him happy by doing things for him . It’s a struggle.

Yes, I’m guilty of the behaviors that you mentioned. My son struggles with mental health issues and because of that, I find myself struggling as well. I worry constantly. I know it’s not healthy.
