I'm an optician who uses them, I need to be able to get texts from my family and my dr's call me with info (I'm a cancer patient) and I also can't see without glasses. Plus you can enhance your hearing on some so that helps me in loud environments. I've also sold them to numerous blind people to help them be more independent. The other brands don't stack up to what Meta can do, and for some people it is actually life changing.
