providers need to understand the criteria and not write prescriptions they know the patient's not going to qualify for because it's a waste of the nurse's time trying to get the prior auth and they're giving the patient's false hope. I printed out the criteria and placed it in the exam rooms so everyone has access to what exactly the criteria is.

Ok but is anyone having issues with CoverMyMeds not being able to “verify patient eligibility” ? so I have to manually fax it. Other than that it’s been the easiest PA I’ve done!
