4 months since I left and something triggers me and I start to think of him and my heart aches 😳 then I have to kick myself into reality and remember what a jerk he was. So cold, petty, emotionally unavailable, no love, no affection, nothing… Then I hug myself and tell myself “I’m going to love ME some ME” 🩷🩷🩷
